Ultra Siliconizer is a thick， high performance silicone-modified 100% acrylic elastomeric roof sealer. The silicone-modified formula is designed to promote excellent resistance to cracking， peeling， and blistering， even under severe weather conditions. It provides a full waterproof and weatherproof seal on most roof surfaces， which significantly lowers the interior temperatures of the structure.

May be applied with roller， brush， squeegee or sprayer

Covers approximately 50 sq. ft. per gallon (250 sq. ft. per pail)

For previously coated roofs， concrete/masonry， metal， rubberized asphalt， rubberized mastic， trailers and wood

Dry to touch: 1 hour; Dry to recoat: 24 hours
